1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "You", or "Your") and fb009.cam (hereinafter "fb009", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the fb009 gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of account creation and during all gaming sessions. 2.3 Account Registration Requirements

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one (1) account with fb009. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts under different names, or accounts registered using false identities are strictly prohibited. fb009 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are discovered, fb009 reserves the right to close all such accounts, confiscate any funds or winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify fb009 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. fb009 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

fb009 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), Visa, Mastercard, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page. Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, and online banking are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.2 Suspension or Termination by fb009

7.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. fb009 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 500 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. Account holders will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To avoid dormancy fees, players should log in and place at least one bet every 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the fb009 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of fb009 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from fb009.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

fb009 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. fb009 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The fb009 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. fb009 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. fb009 does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, timely, or error-free.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, fb009 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. fb009's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and fb009, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our compliance department. 11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and fb009 regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without fb009's prior written consent. fb009 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction.
