Who We Are
fb009 is a leading online gaming platform dedicated to serving the Filipino market with premium casino games, live dealer experiences, sports betting, and entertainment. Founded in 2019, fb009 has grown to become one of the most trusted names in Philippine online gaming, with tens of thousands of active players from Manila to Mindanao. What started as a vision to bring world-class gaming entertainment to Filipino players has evolved into a comprehensive platform that combines cutting-edge technology, regulatory compliance, and a deep understanding of local player preferences.
At fb009, we believe that online gaming should be exciting, fair, and accessible. That is why we have built our platform around three core principles: player security, game variety, and customer service excellence. Every decision we make — from which game providers we partner with, to which payment methods we integrate, to how we train our support staff — is guided by our commitment to delivering the best possible experience for Filipino players. We are not just another international gaming site trying to serve the Philippine market; fb009 was built specifically for Filipino players, with features and services tailored to local needs and preferences.
fb009 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), ensuring that all gaming activities on our platform meet strict standards for fairness, transparency, and responsible gaming. Our license requires us to maintain segregated player accounts, undergo regular audits of our Random Number Generators (RNGs), and implement robust anti-money laundering and player protection measures. This regulatory framework gives Filipino players confidence that when they play at fb009, they are playing at a legitimate, accountable gaming platform that operates within the bounds of Philippine law.
PAGCOR-Regulated and Licensed
fb009 is proud to operate under the licensing and regulatory framework of PAGCOR, the Philippine government agency responsible for overseeing gaming operations in the country. Our license requires us to adhere to strict standards for game fairness, player fund protection, responsible gaming practices, and dispute resolution. All slot and table games on fb009 use certified Random Number Generators that are audited quarterly by independent testing labs. Player deposits are held in segregated bank accounts separate from operational funds, ensuring your money is always protected.
Our Mission & Core Values
Our Mission
fb009's mission is to provide Filipino players with a world-class online gaming experience that combines entertainment, security, and convenience. We strive to be the first choice for Filipino players who value quality gaming, fair play, and exceptional customer service. By partnering with the world's leading game providers, integrating local payment methods like GCash and PayMaya, and offering 24/7 support in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya, we aim to make online gaming accessible, enjoyable, and trustworthy for players across the Philippines.
Our Core Values
Everything we do at fb009 is guided by five core values that shape our company culture and define how we serve our players:
- Player First: Every decision we make prioritizes the player experience. From the games we offer to the support we provide, we constantly ask ourselves how we can better serve Filipino players.
- Integrity and Fairness: We operate with complete transparency, ensuring that all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators, that all promotional terms are clearly stated, and that disputes are resolved fairly and quickly.
- Responsible Gaming: We are committed to promoting healthy gaming habits and protecting vulnerable players. fb009 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, self-exclusion tools, and access to Filipino-language counseling resources.

fb009 By the Numbers
Our Commitment to Filipino Players
fb009 is more than just an online gaming platform — we are part of the Filipino gaming community. We understand the preferences of Filipino players, from the popularity of baccarat and blackjack to the love of high-stakes sports betting on basketball (PBA, NBA), boxing, UFC, and even sabong. We know that convenience matters, which is why we integrate with GCash and PayMaya for instant transactions without needing international credit cards. We recognize that customer service in your own language makes a difference, which is why our support staff speak Tagalog and Bisaya alongside English.
Since launching in 2019, fb009 has processed millions of transactions, paid out hundreds of millions of pesos in winnings, and helped thousands of Filipino players enjoy the thrill of online gaming. We have sponsored local esports events, supported Filipino gaming streamers, and participated in responsible gaming initiatives alongside PAGCOR. When you play at fb009, you are not just another account number — you are part of a community of Filipino players who share a passion for gaming, entertainment, and the excitement of chasing big wins.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
fb009 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Players who feel they may have a gambling problem can access resources including links to the PAGCOR responsible gaming helpline and Filipino-language counseling services. Our customer support team is trained to recognize signs of problem gambling and can assist players in setting limits or accessing help. fb009 promotes gaming as entertainment, not as a way to solve financial problems, and we encourage all players to gamble within their means.
Security and Player Protection
Your security is our top priority. fb009 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmission between your device and our servers — the same level of encryption used by major banks. All player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds, meaning your money is protected even in the unlikely event of a business disruption. We use secure payment gateways certified by international banking standards for all deposits and withdrawals. Our platform undergoes regular penetration testing and security audits by independent cybersecurity firms. Additionally, all game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators that are tested and certified quarterly by independent testing labs like eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI.
